The nine-story Ashland Springs is located in southern Oregon’s Rogue River Valley in downtown Ashland. Originally built in 1925 (as the Lithia Hotel), the hotel is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a member of Historic Hotels of America. The hotel has been restored throughout and features an ornate lobby with fireplace, palm trees, and living-room seating.
A complimentary expanded Continental breakfast is served daily in the mezzanine, a light-filled room with large, arched windows and wicker seating. Afternoon Tea is served in Larks, the hotel restaurant (spring and summer). An outdoor, walled, English-style garden area is the setting for a large wrought-iron gazebo covered in climbing roses.
Guests receive discounted access to the Ashland Oregon Racquet Club, which offers racquetball, tennis courts, exercise classes, a lap pool, and a wide variety of fitness equipment. The full-service Ashland Springs Spa and Boutique, located adjacent to the hotel, also offers discounts to hotel guests.
Meeting space totals 5,700 square feet, includes ballrooms, and can accommodate company retreats, lectures, executive/board meetings, and social events. Additionally, the Elfinwood Room is available for private events (accommodates up to 70 people), and two breakout rooms are available for smaller meetings. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel at no charge. All banquet menus feature foods and wines created in local Rogue Valley farms and wineries.
