Guests can check in between 3–11 PM daily. For guests wanting an early or late check in, please contact the hotel using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site, at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
If the hotel determines that a guest has had a pet in a non-pet room or has smoked in a nonsmoking room, a $100 charge or more, depending on the cost of cleaning expenses, will be billed to the guest's credit card. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Guests paying with cash must have a credit card on file or pay a $100 deposit at check-in.
The hotel's cancellation policy is seven days prior to arrival for two or more rooms.
